We strongly suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes. While all of the Palace is situated on flat terrain, it is a large area to cover with ground texture alternating from marble to grass to gravel. It’s best to be prepared for all situations, and most importantly, to be comfortable. There is ample space for you to sit and relax. No need, at all, to rush through your Chowmahalla experience.
